Evergreen Packaging produces over 750,000 annual tons of bleached board at two mill locations in the United States. Primary applications include liquid packaging, cup stock and ovenable tray.
Liquid Packaging Board This is Evergreen’s core business with both mills, Pine Bluff and Canton producing over 600,000 tons annually. The main application is for milk and juice carton converting. We extrude polyethylene, barrier and alu-foil structures for a variety of dairy, juice, liquid egg and specialty products. Board calipers range from .015-.025” (381 – 635 um) and basis weights from 153 – 290# (249 – 472 gsm).
Paramount™ Cup Stock We produce over 100,000 tons annually at our Canton mill. The board is extruded with polyethylene, coated one side for hot cup applications, or coated two sides for cold cup applications. Board calipers range from .012 - .020” (305 – 508 um) and basis weights from 132 – 220# (215 – 358 gsm).
Thermax™ Ovenable Tray We produce over 30,000 tons annually of PET dual ovenable tray board. The board is PET extruded for use in either conventional or microwave ovens.
